Indonesia is Ready to Improve the Lives of Informal Waste Sector Workers

The Circulate Initiative, a non-profit organization that focuses on the problem of ocean plastic waste in developing countries, announced that Indonesia will be the second country to implement the Responsible Sourcing Initiative.

This global program aims to improve conditions for workers in the plastic recycling supply chain, especially those working in the informal sector.

After successfully launching in Vietnam, Indonesia will be the next main focus, followed by India and Kenya.
