Kunal supports the monitoring and evaluation efforts of The Circulate Initiative’s multi-year program, which focuses on promoting the responsible sourcing of recycled plastics.

With over four years of experience in research and consulting, Kunal has worked across various sectors, including finance, gender and social inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and behavior change and communications.

Before joining The Circulate Initiative, Kunal served as an Assistant Manager at MicroSave Consulting (MSC), where he led several large-scale, mixed-method research studies across India, Bangladesh, and Kenya. In this role, he was responsible for designing robust study methodologies for both formative and evaluation research, developing data collection tools, training and managing field teams, as well as conducting data analysis and dissemination.

Kunal holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Development and Environmental Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, India.
