This article evaluates recent litigation involving plastic pollution. Given that legislative action on plastic pollution has stalled, advocates are using the judicial system to hold polluters accountable. Analysis suggests that plastic pollution litigation, which is in its infancy, might offer a promising avenue for addressing our plastic problem.
